Hi! I am looking for specific model/checklist/rubric for assessing 21st Century Skills and Competencies for students, teachers and administrators. I have seen a lot that are very general..I would like to find something that denotes the specific skills.
Our district is in the process of creating a way to assess these skills. We began by looking at both the older set of NETS-S put out by ISTE and the newer set and attempted to merge the two (as one is more specific and one is more general). You can check out our resulting 'proficiencies' here.
They're definitely a work in progress. We've done a pilot with selected teams in grade levels k-8 to create a group of examples and are now rolling them out to buildings at large, with the hope of further feedback and revision. Hope this is helpful!
My name is Robin Wilkins and I am a student researcher. I am conducting a study in which I would like to share the perceptions of teachers who teach in inclusive settings (non-disabled and disabled students) regarding engaging students and professional development needs to engage students.Robin_Wilkins_RecruitmentFlyer032822.docxSee More
