My idea at the beginning of Summer was to start a chat on Twitter with the (#kedu) tag. I have built my PLN on Twitter to almost 200 followers from 50 at the beginning of Summer but it seems to me there are not alot of Kindergarten teachers using Twitter or little interest. I did a twt poll to see what nights would work and had two responses.I was very discouraged! I was wondering if those that started chats on Twitter could give me some encouragement and direction? Kindergarten is a different beast then other early edu grades. The idea was to connect with kindergarten teachers and parents. Also connecting with first grade and preschool teachers to discuss expectations of entering and leaving kindergarten.
