Multicultural Day

Hi! My name is Yoon. I am a music teacher at a private school in PA. I found this network through Twitter via Steven Anderson. I took on an initiative for our school to find out what other schools are doing to celebrate different cultures. I would really appreciate your input (answering the following questions will be helpful, but you're not limited to):

How does your school celebrate?
What does your school call the day?
How often do you celebrate during the year?
What kind of activities do you do during the day?
How long is the celebration? (1/2 day, all day, etc)

yes sure yoon a bit late but i would love to answer yours questions . 

1 ) We book a huge room in crown hotel and yea just celebrate it there with everyone wearing their local dresses

2) Multicultural Festiva

3) twice

4) play games , water fights , eat , monkey dance , elephant dance 

5) 8 hours to be precise 

Hope you have been well though . i have left teaching for a while have been

working for a brochure stand firm for a few months . plan to switch back to teaching soon

Since, we live in a multicultural world so we should introduce different cultural activities to school as well.  We particularly strive to incorporate multicultural activities into our school curriculum to foster tolerance and appreciation of different cultures. We appreciate song, dance, storytelling, fancy dress competition, annual function, gams and many more.
