The Educator's PLN

The personal learning network for educators

Hi Everyone!

I am always looking for more PLN links! I started a site @ http://www.vrml.k12.la.us/curriculum/tech/socialnetwork/PLN.htm last month and would love to continue adding to it.

Barbara Sakamoto's "What is a PLN Anyway?" blog post is great for anyone new to any educational PLN. Her link is located @ http://viigo.im/0QxX.. You may want to check that out if you haven't read it yet.

If you have any informative PLN links to share, I would love to add those! Just send them my way!

Thanks!
Stacy

Hey Stacy,

This is a post I wrote on the importance of a having a PLN: http://philly-teacher.blogspot.com/2009/09/why-everyone-needs-great... At the bottom of the post is a list of links to other bloggers who have written about PLNs.

Hi Everyone,

I've put together a wiki with PLN links that might be of interest to some of you:LwICT PLN 2009

My professional wiki, the Literacy with ICT wiki has a large collection of web2.0 tools and practical applications that you may be use with your colleagues.

I've also created the Literacy with ICT Diigo group as a means to collect links.

If you join the group I'd suggest you sign up for the daily updates and you'll receive a daily summary of the previous days collection of between 10 - 20 new bookmarks.

That's enough sharing for one day.

Cheers Everyone!

John
