The Educator's PLN

The personal learning network for educators

What are you beliefs about your ability to lead effective instruction while also implementing school reforms?

Hello,

I am looking to hear from administrators (as well as teachers) about your ability to be an effective instructional leader while also implementing school reforms which are coming from your district, your state, and/or the federal government. I am interested in knowing what you believe is being overlooked in the process which effects the student success in your school. Are there specific skills or knowledge which are missing and need to be addressed which are not? What supports are needed to sustain high performance from year to year which you may not be getting now? What are good strong supports which need to continue in order continue the improvement process?

I would like to hear from you about your experiences, what is working and what is not, what is still needed, and what should be pitched.

Please contact me if you are interested in being interviewed for this study. You can either contact me through Educator PLN or through my email account at tac014vr@gmail.com

Thanks,

Teresa
