Yes, I am familiar with NoNoWriMo, but I have not tried it with any of my classes. Please feel free to share your experiences/tips/cautionary tales!

Are you familiar with NaNoWriMo?  My 6th/7th grade language arts class particpated last year; they wrote novels during the month of November, after setting goals for the number of words. The NaNoWriMo site keeps track of their goal and offers support to both students and teachers.
