We recently began a series of trainings from the Hanen Centre called Learning Language and Loving It.  I am throughly impressed with the attention to the adult learning continuum that is applied in this training.  Not only does it meet the direct needs of each adult, but ensures that teachers are self reflecting on their classroom interactions and implementing very practical strategies that support strong oral language.
