Will most learners be learning in virtual learning environments in 5 years?
I was watching a video from last year's Virtual Worlds Best Practices in Education C... that Barb tweeted. This question was asked and nearly all felt this was a possibility. What do you think? I believe virtual learning environments (VLE) will be a significant way people learn if only broadband is available to every country for free or for a low cost.
