Hi Debra, Thanks for your message!  I was happy to hear about how you are seeking to provide aspiring principals continued support, which I agree is very important to their success!  I currently mentor aspiring and network online with practicing principals through Skype / Facetime to provide support and to soundboard issues of their choice.  As a current principal, I have mentored numerous candidates who have moved onto principalships.
