Assessment For Learning

I am working in an international school.  We are standards based but only report averaged grades at semester's end.  3-year plan is to move from that to standards reporting, reporting on non-performance variables, and move towards latest and fullest picture of a student's learning.  Has your school recently made the switch?  Would you recommend readings, authors?  What stumbling blocks did you experience?  thanks for the advice...See More
