Hi- Roy Norris here, I teach at Dakota Collegiate in Winnipeg.
23 of us on edupln say we are from Winnipeg. Those of you who are long-standing members might know how to set up a group & invite each of us...I've only been in this network a few days. I am sending this note to all 23 of us.
My interests- promoting 21st century learning and 1:1 laptop learning in Manitoba. We have a start in the LRSD, I know that 7 Oaks has a MET School, Pembina Trails was in the news with Edutube...what else is going on in our Province?
I was at the Emerge 2010 conference in Banff this summer- pretty incredible presentations from New Brunswick, a few districts in Alberta, and the state of Maine. I wonder about how long it will take here in Manitoba.
