Okay, you might think that seat covers are just for primary classrooms, but I have found them to be of great use for my 8th graders. With the help of my mother-in-law's superb sewing skills, I created seat pockets for each student desk in my classroom. Wishing to get more feedback from my students, I created an area on a wall in my classroom I call the "Parking Lot."
