Most teachers are against paraphrasing tools and essay writing services. The reason why is obvious  - such dishonest methods kill student creativity and ability to express personal thoughts and conclusions. 

Nevertheless, I appreciate the tools you've suggested and I'd like to add this online dictionary and my favorite free plagiarism checker to your list. I'm sure you'll enjoy them.
