In place of the common vocational training, a holistic total personality comes oriented education. The reason for this is the development trend of modern education:

1. Each level of education recognized as part of the continuing education system.

2. The formation of widely deployed information technology that changes the traditional cognitive-oriented training, education technologization significantly expands the intellectual activity of students.

3. Noted the transition from highly regulated organization of education to the variability of block-modular, contextual learning, which involves a high level of academic autonomy, self-education.

4. Changes interaction of the teacher and the student, assuming the character of cooperation.

These trends characterize the current state of education in the developed countries and determine the principles of its reform in the beginning of the XXI century.

The full system education received in the learning process, creates conditions for the realization of man himself as a person, gives it a social and professional mobility. Strict demands to the writing of the research papers and essays mosltly stay in the past, the bigger attantion is paid to the personality development. Today in pedagogy there are 3 vocational training paradigm: cognitive - and personality - oriented. According to the cognitive paradigm of education is considered by analogy with the knowledge and its process (objectives, contents, methods and teaching aids) as a research activity. The purpose of training reflects the social order for the quality of knowledge and skills. Training material as didactic "the prepared" scientific knowledge. Education is understood as a new generation of socio-cultural translation experience. The pedagogical concept of this paradigm - the traditional, academic, reproductive. Ideologically, the management point of view this is the most effective and preferred approach. On the psycho-pedagogical point of view - it is personally alienated education (MM Potashnik). The activity-focused paradigm of education is focused on the implementation of the social order. Education is a socio-cultural formation technology knowledge and skills to ensure the success of social, labor and artistic and applied activities - is the target installation of this paradigm of education. And cognitive and activity-oriented education aimed at achieving quality education, understood as teaching and social and professional skills.
