The basic tendencies of development of education

Recently, the entire progressive community of the republic concerned with the organization of school education, its modernization, as a school - in the broadest sense of the word - should be the most important factor of the humanization of social and economic relations, the formation of the new life of the individual units. The process of learning in the school must ensure that the younger generation has the opportunity to produce reliable, durable and necessary knowledge, which are the foundation of a competent person. The developed modern society needs educated, moral, enterprising and competent person, the ability to make responsible decisions in situations of choice, predicting their possible consequences, who can choose the ways of cooperation, so lately all of the colleges and schools try to prevent cheating in tests, some of the schools even provide students with writing help if they need it. They are characterized by mobility, dynamism, constructive, have a strong sense of responsibility for the fate of the country.

Currently, there are many approaches to the substantiation of the trends of development of education in the XXI century. We can distinguish the following main tendencies of development of education in the modern world:

  •     humanization of education as a radical turn from his technocratic goals (production staff to ensure their adaptation to the needs of production) to the humanistic goals of the formation and development of personality, creating conditions for its self-realization;
  •     the democratization of education as a transition from rigid centralized and uniform system of training organizations to create conditions and opportunities for each institution, each teacher, the teacher, the student and the student's most fully reveal their capabilities and skills;
  •     advanced development of general and vocational education of the individual in relation to the level of development of production, its techniques and technologies;
  •     commitment to continuing education as "education for life" transition from design.


But these approaches do not take into account one of the main features of modern civilization, which is caused by the processes of globalization. As a result, trends in the development of modern education, in our opinion, should be considered on a global scale, that is, in the context of the global educational process.
