The Complete Guide: How to Deal with Plagiarism

How often do you talk with students about plagiarism? Is it always easy to explain them why should they write original papers and express their own thoughts? Do they understand how to cite sources and do a research?

The problem of plagiarism worried me for a while. I've tried different methods of plagiarism prevention, and now I use a plagiarism checker but I always wanted my students to look deeper and know how to avoid plagiarism, once and for all. Fortunately, I found the complete plagiarism guide which is available for students and educators worldwide and it helped me quite a lot. This step-by-step guide contains both theory and practical advice, it lists tips on how to find and prevent plagiarism, it describes how to do a research, access sources and how to complete writing assignments. Teaching students about plagiarism is now simplier than ever.

This eBook might be useful for my colleagues on Edupln, you can find the guide here: https://unplag.com/materials/free-plagiarism-guide/ and save your time. Make sure your students know:

  • What is/not plagiarism
  • Types of plagiarism
  • How to find their own writing voice
  • How to detect and avoid plagiarism and much more.

Feel free to download the complete plagiarism guide, share it with students and fellows, and make your classroom better.

I finally understand what Parent Teacher Conferences are all about

I have parents coming into my classroom today asking how their child is doing in my class. They only have a 95, how can they get a higher grade?Really? This happens over and over again. I wonder why they're here. I don't think it's to make themselves feel better about how great their child is doing in school. I also don't think that they are very worried about the 95 not being a 98. I believe it's to show their child that they are fully invested in their education.Parents who show up to Parent…See More
