What great points you make - I laugh (in a very sad way) that discussions are occurring now about unblocking it in our district!

This is great...Educators not using Twitter are missing out on a HUGE opportunity! #edchat especially has some great conversations helpful to anyone following.

Wow! you kept it simple, it's bound to snow ball fast... a way to help administrators realize the power of Twitter may be to connect them to #wine... then ...#edchat...

Great job Eric, I am going to share this with our admin. I wish more admin. would "get it," and not just try to block everything. Education is changing and you are helping to lead the way. Thanks for sharing!

Nice job Eric! Excellent points. Just curious were you saying that you Skype with more than 1 person? On a side note we have one more administrator on Twitter thanks to our Skype session today! Thanks again.

Thanks Eric. I it is so refreshing to see a principal who "gets it." I would love to see your school and the atmosphere you lead and create--you are leading rather than abdicating. Bravo!!! As I work with principals in NC, it is great to see the examples you have created to share and build capacity. Thanks.

Great Eric! I couldn't agree more. Unfortunately most people didn't realize yet the great power of twitter as they didn't understand yet the great metaphor behind the simple question "What are you doing?"; they read and simply understand it in a literal meaning. Your remark that "we don't refer to each other as followers but as a PLN" is fantastic and it summarizes and defines everything about twitter. I'm sure that we - teachers, all around the world - were well represented by you, Shelly Terrell, Tom Whitby and Steve Andreson in this conference. Congratulations and keep on doing your great work in twitter. I'm learning a lot with you all.
