Great thoughts on the use of Twitter for your PLN

Hi- Roy Norris here, I teach at Dakota Collegiate in Winnipeg.

23 of us on edupln say we are from Winnipeg. Those of you who are long-standing members might know how to set up a group & invite each of us...I've only been in this network a few days. I am sending this note to all 23 of us.

My interests- promoting 21st century learning and 1:1 laptop learning in Manitoba. We have a start in the LRSD, I know that 7 Oaks has a MET School, Pembina Trails was in the news with Edutube...what else is going on in our Province?

I was at the Emerge 2010 conference in Banff this summer- pretty incredible presentations from New Brunswick, a few districts in Alberta, and the state of Maine. I wonder about how long it will take here in Manitoba.

To do:
Respond to this post.
Let me know if we have interests in common.

Besides, it is a sport that has evolved a lot from its beginning, but if you do not know too much about the sport is hard to see it as more than a kid game. However, this sport is more than just kids and young people making scooter tricks in a square; scootering is a kind of culture and a lifestyle that has more than 20 years growing to become what it is today. For this reason, we…See More
