If it is not cross platform then I am not Interested!

In my current role I come across a large number of innovative resources that keen sales people or enthusiastic users try to get me to adopt. Now, I admit I do get a little excited about new technology and sometimes get blinded by the bling of something new. However, if it only runs on the iPad or it is a .exe file, then I am not interested.

Launch day of our new online module for teacher education

Wednesday evening saw the BIG LAUNCH NIGHT of our online teacher education module. Over 60 students eagerly waited in the lecture theatre for the presentation of the module that would occupy their lives for the next seven weeks. The feedback was very positive; they found the navigation straightforward and were able to get to grips with the tasks easily. Many of their anxieties of participating in an online course were dissipated as soon as they had a play.

Mural.ly the future of collaboration and presentation?

Just come across the online tool Mural.ly.

 

The tool allows you visually store collections of information. These can be web pages, images, pdf files and more. It seems to be like Wallwisher with an adrenaline rush.
